We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from Gran360. This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete

Delete Directly From the App

You can now delete your account instantly from within Gran360 — no emails required.

Open Gran360

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device.

Go to Settings

Tap the menu icon and navigate to "Settings".

Account → Delete Account

Scroll to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Your 30-day deletion window begins immediately.

30-Day Grace Period

After requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can cancel the deletion by logging back in during this window. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly erased.

  • Your profile and account information
  • All community reports you submitted
  • GeoFence tracking history and journey data
  • Missing person alerts you created
  • Trusted contacts and relationships
  • Subscription and billing information
  • XP points, badges, and leaderboard entries
  • All location and GPS data

What Happens After

  • Account fully deleted within 30 days of request
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • You can create a new account anytime
  • Anonymous aggregated data may be retained for safety statistics

💡 Consider This First

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid being charged. You can also request only specific data deletion instead of your full account.

If you're unable to log in or access the Gran360 app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.
